TRAINING & SUPPORT
Previous caregiving experience or formal caregiver comprehensive training is preferred, but it is not required for Personal Care Worker/Caregiver applicants. Care By An Angel provides orientation and role-specific training and evaluates each caregiver’s readiness before assignment. Additional training is provided when needed so caregivers are prepared to provide safe, competent, personalized care.
